The SCI-Compiler is compliant with Windows 7, 8 and 10 OS, both 32 and 64 bit. The software requires Microsoft .NET 4.0 or higher. If the framework is not available on the machine, it can be downloaded from Microsoft© website or it can be installed with the SCI-Compiler setup.
The firmware compilation requires the Vivado and/or Quartus software installed on the user computer. The minimum version for which the compatibility is guaranteed for Vivado is the 2016.3 (?), while for Quartus is the 2015 (?).
For exploiting the features of FPGA programming and testing of the firmware functionalities the supported boards need to be used. As a consequence, the DT5550 and/or the V2495 drivers should be installed by relating to the instructions on the correspondent User Manuals.
