Orders

You can easily create and view your orders from My Sci-Compiler. You need to add the desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout to create an order. You can view your order history and track the status of your orders from the Orders section. After the order is placed, you will be contacted by our sales team to complete the purchase.

Add new license to cart

You can request a quote only for Sci-Compiler PRO licenses (SMART kit is not available for purchase from My Sci-Compiler, to request a quote for it here). To add a new license to your cart, follow these steps:

  • Open My Sci-Compiler in your web browser and sign in.
  • Click on the shopping cart icon located at the top right corner of the page.
  • Click on the Add new license button.
  • A popup will appear prompting you to select the license type (digital or USB dongle), license duration, if you want to add the Remote services, and the number of licenses you want to purchase.
  • Click on request to add licenses to your cart.
  • Added licenses will be displayed in the cart. You can change the quantity or remove the license from the cart.

Add license renew to cart

To add a license renewal to your cart, follow these steps:

  • Open My Sci-Compiler in your web browser and sign in.
  • Go to “Licenses” section and scroll down to the “Your licenses” section.
  • Locate the license you want to renew and click on the Renew button (renew button is available starting 3 months before the license expiration date).
  • A popup will appear prompting you to select the license duration and if you want to add the Remote services.
  • Click on request to add the renewal to your cart.
  • Added renewal will be displayed in the cart.

Submit order

To submit an order, follow these steps:

  • Open My Sci-Compiler in your web browser and sign in.
  • Click on the shopping cart icon located at the top right corner of the page.
  • Review the items in your cart and click on the Submit cart button.
  • A popup to confirm the order will appear. Click on Yes, continue to submit the order.

!!! Submitting the order will generate a quote request. Our sales team will contact you to finalize the order.
