Manage team members
You can add and remove team members at any time. If you invite a user who is not registered yet, an invitation email will be sent to the entered email address. Once they sign up, they will be automatically added to the group.
Add Members
To add a user to a team follow these steps:
- Open My Sci-Compiler in your web browser and sign in.
- Navigate to the Licenses section and scroll down to the Team section.
- Click on the team to which you want to add a user.
- Scroll down to the “Users” card and click on “Add user” at the top right corner of the card. This action will open a popup.
- In the popup that just opened, enter the email address of the user you want to add to the team. If the user is not registered on My Sci-Compiler, an email will be sent to invite them to sign up, and once they sign up, they will be automatically added to the group.
Remove Members
Only the manager of the team has the authority to remove a user from a team
If you are angry with a user and are no longer friends, you can remove them from a team.
Follow these steps to remove a user from a team:
- Open My Sci-Compiler in your web browser and sign in.
- Navigate to the Licenses section and scroll down to the Team section.
- Click on the team from which you want to remove a user.
- Scroll down to the “Users” card, locate the user that you want to remove from the group and click on the unlink icon under the actions column, a popup will appear.
- In the popup that just opened click on “Yes remove user!” to remove user from the group
